Article 14: Other provisions

1. The time to start collecting, storing and using customers' personal information is counted from the time customers register, provide and share with Lotte Vietnam and terminate when:
(i) Lotte Vietnam receives a written request for termination from a competent State agency;

The customer undertakes to know and agree to the processing of personal data by Lotte Vietnam, and the customer also confirms that this Information Privacy Policy is considered as a notice of personal data processing specified in Article 13 of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP of the Government and amended, from time to time before Lotte Vietnam processes personal data. Accordingly, Lotte Vietnam needs to take any other measures for the purpose of informing customers of the processing of personal data.
3. The Client commits to strictly implement the provisions of this Information Privacy Policy. For matters that have not been regulated, the parties agree to comply with the provisions of law, the guidance of the competent State agency and/or the amendments and supplements to this Information Security Policy notified by Lotte Vietnam to customers from time to time.

This Information Privacy Policy is concluded on the basis of goodwill between Lotte Vietnam and customers, in the process of implementation, if a dispute arises, the Parties will proactively resolve it through negotiation and mediation.
